it’s been a while, and for that i APOLOGIZE.
i honestly didn’t think i would return to ‘MUST SHARE’ and i was contemplating whether or not to start a WHOLE NEW blog.. then i saw that comments were waiting to be approved to this blog and that i hadn’t lost followers/readers. that really spoke to me and here i am, blogging away at my favorite hour of the night/morning.
so i’ll keep on sharing.. and on and on and on i go.

TUMBLR took me away from wordpress to be honest.. i blogged about it’s evils and how i was slowly growing fond of the easy mindlessnes. how hard can it be to just click a button & ‘reblog’ someone elses ideas, words, photos and mindset.. toddler easy.

i’ll keep this short and sweet. back to blogging about the important things i just have to share share share.

So we are all know about Burts Bees but besides their awesome, tingly, restoring chap stick what else do you know about them?

Burts Bee’s originally sold home-made beeswax lipbalms that sold at local farmers markets.. they became a big hit based off of their genuine belief to create natural, environmentally friendly products. So with well-being products in an almost organic atmosphere, you would think that anything and everything with a Burts Bee’s logo on it is amazing. Well, yup.. it is!

Anyhow.. my share today is about exfoliants. I’m a huge exfoliate.. in fact, I think I exfoliate every time I shave. (which is moderately often) Getting the dead skin cells off your body gives your skin a chance to breathe, rejuvenate, and create another skin layer. Anyhow… i’m not getting into WHY you should exfoliate, i’m just pointing out I like to do it.

So if you’re like me and look all around for exfoliates yet wouldn’t want harsh chemicals, or weird byproducts being rubbed in and absorbed into your body then you would typically want to look for something natural and organic. DING DING DING. We’ve got a winner… BURTS BEES. Burts Bee’s also features a ‘natural’ percentage on all of their items, letting you know how genuine they are sticking to their product.

I’m in love with Burts Bees Radiance Exfoliating Body Wash. Why?? It’s made with Royal Jelly. What’s Royal Jelly? Royal Jelly is a type of substance that honeybees create to feed selected baby honeybees who later become queen bees. &That queen bee lives 40times longer than a typical worker bee. At 99.02% Natural, that sounds like a great Exfoliator to me.

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Second off, This isn’t really a share-blog.

I wanted to write here, on my wordpress, my Resolutions of 2010 that I am setting for myself.
Typically each year I make around 3 resolutions… I guess I feel like if I don’t keep one of them, it’s cool because I have 2 others to fall back on.
Plus, aren’t resolutions supposed to be a vow to yourself to change something to better improve YOU, and only you?

Last year I kept all 3 of my Resolutions.. I still plan to keep them as goals of mine.. but I feel I must grow and make anew. With my new Resolutions I feel that I’m also letting go of the reasons why I need a change.

i had been wondering why my posts haven’t been showing over the past couple of days….

duh

i’ve had them on a different Publish time thanks to my iPhone.

SPEAKING OF iPHONE.. HERE IS MY SHARE:

This is the Bytech iPhone Portable Mini Speaker from Best Buy..

I believe it’s on sale for 17.99$ right now and it’s one of those great accesories to have around with you, maybe laying in the car- for one of those beach or park days where a little bit of music would be a great way to set the mood. It’s cheap- It’s loud- It plugs into your iPhone or iPod so it’s great!

This is the Belkin TuneBase Direct Hands Free..
It’s one of those ‘Do everything for me’ type of gadgets. What this device does is tunes into your car stereo input and it’s output from your speakers is your phone call.

It comes WITH a cradel case that sits in your car that swivels. Oh and did I mention it charges your phoen too? Yup. Kinda pricey but for $60 you know it’ll last you forever. (Or til iPhone comes out with a newer, smaller iPhone model)

Now if your like me, then the only phone calls you really make from your phone are in your car. So having a hands free option with an iPhone can be pretty difficult.. I like dash mounts a lot because from using a Tom Tom it’s easy to see, touch and your listner gets a clearer voice wave from you speaking forward, than trying to speak down into your lap where your phone may be. This brand is Kensington and you can get it at Sears or any appliance store for around $20.

Xmas is Dead and Gone… well, not ‘Dead’ but it’s done and over with.
I told myself I wouldn’t blog until after the holiday, and here I am.. the day after, blogging to you guys.

You guys still read what I write? Yes, you do.. Apparently. &For that, I say: “THANK YOU!
My ‘WordPress Blog Stats’ keeps my confidence up, seeing readers tuning in everyday at a consistent pace humbles me.

So with that said, MUST SHARE blog, I shall not fail you.
(&To those whom i’ve received random messages/comments… I DOOOOO “Tumble” ? Is that the right word for when you have a Tumblr account and blog on it?) Anyway, yes- yes I know.. lame of me.. but hey! It’s okay to have more than 1 blog and it’s even okay to read more than 1 blog too. Ah-der.

SO TO SHARE TODAY… C   A   M   E   R   A   S!!!!
I’m actually excited to share this because I am on the edge of buying another camera. UGH, another camera. I currently have a Canon Rebel XSi and I hate the thing. It’s too big for me and honestly, with no prior camera classes or skills… yup, I don’t know how to use the thing.
So I would sell it… but really~ I am too flaky with that kind of thing. I’ll end up not really selling it to someone who offers because of the shipping or having to go meet someone.. ANYHOW.. CAMERAS.

CANON G9 vs. CANON S90 vs. Any other recommended cameras.

HERE’S THE THING: I am a… I need Macro, I need video, I need crisp clean photos, I need point&shoot, I need my photos to look like it came from one of those Nikon D90′s but not really. You know what I mean? Artsyfartsy.
However, I need a smaller camera I can just whip out… not a bulky P.O.S. like what I have now.

I just want my photos to look like this one:

So here we go … Share with me what you think of either cameras… If you have recommendations for me on a camera model and make… What your shooting with and Let Me Know.

Leaning towards the G9:

But can’t help looking over at this S90:

Everyone in Hawai’i can tell you that the Mokulua Islands are the most beautiful spot that the East side of O’ahu has to offer. It’s no wonder why Mike Miller established the clothing company in 2006. The islands as his muse and his late brother, Peter, as his inspiration.. this clothing brand speaks for itself as another one of Kailua’s greatest treasures.

Mike Miller states on his website, “Our brand represents the Twin Islands, their wave riders, and all the people who visit them. With plans of expanding into a larger clothing line, we launched our inaugural men’s and women’s t-shirts in 2009. Our company prides itself in designing original, quality clothing made only in the United States.”.

With the realization that buying local‘ is the best way to go, in terms of supporting your local economy, Twin Islands Clothing is one of a few brands that are sought after for their great style. Offering t-shirts and hats in men’s, women’s and children’s sizing, the company’s style could be considered an early “Roxy” or “Quiksilver”of Kailua. Nothing too flashy or too plain, the brand offers a reach to every walk of life.

So for your aunts and uncles,  your sibling or cousin away at college, or maybe even for friends visiting from out of state… maybe instead of the usual Li Hing Mui gift pack and Hurricane Popcorn that you usually gift, pack up some T-shirts to remind them of islands at home. What is cooler thing to have than a memento, designed and created in Hawai’i.
